I’m Julia. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, Level 2 Certified Master Health Coach, and I’m currently completing my National Board Certification as a Health and Wellness Coach.
I help women get stronger, feel better, and see results that actually match the effort they’re putting in, without crash dieting or starting over every Monday.
My coaching combines smart training, realistic nutrition, and education that teaches you the why behind the plan, so you can stay consistent and keep your results long-term.
